ВИБІРКОВІ ДИСЦИПЛІНИ В ПЕДІАТРІЇ ЯК НОВА МОЖЛИВІСТЬ ОТРИМАННЯ ЗНАНЬ ТА НАВИЧОК

Статтю присвячено визначенню обізнаності, прихильності та свідомого вибору вибіркових освітніх компонент здобувачами вищої освіти, створених співробітниками кафедри педіатрії № 1 Одеського національного медичного університету у 2022–2023 навчальному році. Вільний вибір освітніх компонент здобувачами вищої освіти впливає на розроблення освітніх професійних програм, орієнтованих на здобувача, і сприяє конкуренції у викладацькому середовищі як на рівні кафедр, так і в індивідуальних стосунках. Співробітниками кафедри розроблено 5 вибіркових програм для студентів V курсу і 12 вибіркових програм для студентів VI курсу. Проведено опитування студентів щодо вмотивованості вибору вибіркової дисципліни. Виявлено переважання вибору вибіркових компонент, які стосувалися невідкладних станів у педіатрії і сприяли опануванню практичних навичок та були корисні у майбутній професії. Відзначено зростання питомої ваги якісної успішності з вибіркових компонент порівняно з основною.

Ключові слова: вибіркові компоненти вищої освіти, обізнаність, прихильність, вільний вибір, якісна успішність.
