МІСЦЕ ПАРАОКСОНАЗИ В ОКСИДАНТНО-АНТИОКСИДАНТНІЙ СИСТЕМІ У РАЗІ КОМОРБІДНОСТІ ХРОНІЧНОГО ОБСТРУКТИВНОГО ЗАХВОРЮВАННЯ ЛЕГЕНЬ (ОГЛЯД ЛІТЕРАТУРИ)

На підставі проведеного аналізу літератури встановлено, що в основі патологічних змін у разі ХОЗЛ лежать хронічний системний запальний процес низької інтенсивності та окислювальний стрес (ОС). Посилене утворення та вивільнення активних форм кисню (АФК) призводить до прогресуючого посилення процесів перекисного окислення ліпідів (ПОЛ) та окиснювальної модифікації білків і ліпопротеїдів. Одним із ферментів антиоксидантної системи (АОС) є параоксоназа (PON), яка пов’язана з мітохондріями, як основним джерелом АФК. PON людини включає три кальцій-залежні естерази: PON1, PON2 і PON3, які по-різному проявляють протизапальні, антиоксидантні, антиатерогенні та детоксикаційні властивості. PON1 можна розглядати як діагностичний маркер оксидантно-антиоксидативного дисбалансу у разі ХОЗЛ, асоційованого із серцево-судинними захворюваннями.

Ключові слова: хронічне обструктивне захворювання легень (ХОЗЛ), коморбідність із серцево-судинними захворюваннями, запалення, окислювальний стрес, антиоксидантна система, параоксоназа.
