ОСОБЛИВОСТІ АНЕСТЕЗІОЛОГІЧНОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ У ПАЦІЄНТІВ З МЕТАМФЕТАМІНОВОЮ ЗАЛЕЖНІСТЮ (ЛІТЕРАТУРНИЙ ОГЛЯД)

В Україні спостерігається тенденція щодо збільшення споживання синтетичних наркотиків амфетамінового ряду. Метамфетамін (МА) є психостимулятором, який володіє властивостями ейфоретика, вивільняє стимулюючі нейромедіатори у мозку та спричиняє сильну залежність. Гостре отруєння МА характеризується гіпертензією, тахікардією, мідріазом, гіперрефлексією, протеїнурією та сплутаністю свідомості. Хронічне вживання МА асоціюється з електролітними розладами, легеневою гіпертензією, кардіоміопатіями, рабдоміолізом, нирковою та печінковою недостатністю. Пацієнти як з гострим отруєнням МА, так і з хронічною МА-залежністю являють складне завдання для анестезіолога за рахунок органної дисфункції та спектра супутніх патологій. При цьому міжнародні рекомендації щодо анестезіологічного забезпечення у таких пацієнтів нині відсутні. Цей літературний огляд відображає сучасні погляди на цю проблему.
