ОГЛЯД ПОНЯТЬ ТА ВИЗНАЧЕНЬ У СФЕРІ ПУБЛІЧНОГО УПРАВЛІННЯ БІОЛОГІЧНОЮ БЕЗПЕКОЮ

Мета – теоретичне обґрунтування вирішення актуальної проблеми розвитку понять та визначень у сфері публічного управління біологічною безпекою країни.

Матеріал дослідження – аналіз джерел інформації з питань розвитку понять та визначень у сфері публічного управління біологічною безпекою.

Методи дослідження: аналіз, синтез, узагальнення для дослідження наукових джерел інформації та відокремлення значення світової практики для України у сфері біологічної безпеки.

Результати. Були визначені такі загальні поняття: біологічна безпека, біологічний ризик, забезпечення біологічної безпеки, система біологічної безпеки.

Висновки. Необхідним є подальше удосконалення визначення понять у сфері публічного управління біологічною безпекою.

Ключові слова: поняття, визначення, публічне управління, біологічна безпека.
