НЕЙТРОФІЛЬНО-ЛІМФОЦИТАРНЕ ТА ЛІМФОЦИТАРНО-МОНОЦИТАРНЕ СПІВВІДНОШЕННЯ У ПЕРИФЕРИЧНІЙ КРОВІ ЩУРІВ ЗА ВТОРИННО ХРОНІЧНОГО КАРАГІНАНОВОГО ЗАПАЛЕННЯ НА ТЛІ ВВЕДЕННЯ БЛОКАТОРА ТРОМБІНУ ДАБІГАТРАНУ ЕТЕКСИЛАТУ

Нейтрофільно-лімфоцитарне та лімфоцитарно-моноцитарне співвідношення мають прогностичне значення щодо динаміки перебігу запалення.

Результати проведеного експерименту з моделюванням вторинно хронічного карагінанового запалення на щурах показали, що застосування блокатора тромбіну – дабігатрану етексилату – впливає на перебіг вторинно хронічного карагінанового запалення, про що свідчать достовірні підвищення нейтрофільно-лімфоцитарного співвідношення на 14-ту добу в 3,1 рази, p<0,05 та лімфоцитарно- моноцитарного співвідношення на 28-му добу в 1,3 рази, p<0,01.
