На основе экспериментальных исследований виявлена эффективность нового средства по уходу за полостью рта, которое при местном применении у облученных крыс оказывало благоприятное влияние на течение лучевого стоматита. Новый гель способствовал быстрой ликвидации проявлений оксидантного стресса, нормализировал активность антиоксидантных ферментов. Местное применение нового геля ускоряло ранозаживление и репарацию слизистой оболочки полости рта после облучения.
In spite of high quality of methodical and technical means of X-ray therapy, X-ray stomatitis development is the basic problem in management of anticancer therapy. It takes place in patients who had X-ray therapy associated with cancer at the region of head and neck. And prophylaxis and medical treatment of radiation defeats are not always effective. Purpose of this research is studying the effect of a new agent for the oral care on the level of
biochemical markers of inflammation and restoration processes in the oral mucosa under conditions of X-ray stomatitis. Experiments were conducted on 50 white rats exposed to the rays AGAT-R1 under doses of 10, 15 and 20 Gy. A clinical picture of X-ray stomatitis in animals and influence of the new hygienic agent on the biochemical indices of inflammation, peroxidation, antioxidant protection of the oral mucosa have been studied.
