Abstract:
The functional management system used by enterprises is increasingly unable to
meet the new requirements and growth rates occurring in the pharmaceutical market.
Therefore, taking this into account, the relevance of this issue, namely the influence of
process-oriented management tools on the enterprise only increases.
The purpose of the study. The purpose of our research was to determine the
influence of process-oriented management tools on the activities of a pharmaceutical
