ТАКТИКА ДВОЕТАПНОГО ЛІКУВАННЯ ПЕРИПРОТЕЗНОЇ ІНФЕКЦІЇ КУЛЬШОВОГО СУГЛОБА

Метою нашого дослідження було визначення пріоритетної тактики оперативного лікування перипротезної інфекції кульшового суглоба.

Матеріали і методи. Для виконання нашого дослідження нами було проведено ретроспективний аналіз 114 випадків перипротезної інфекції кульшового суглоба.

Результати. Серед пацієнтів першої групи позитивний результат у вигляді функціонуючого ендопротеза кульшового суглоба без ознак інфекції виявлено у 82,6% випадків.

Висновки. У разі оцінки двох тактик лікування перипротезної інфекції після ендопротезування кульшового суглоба виявлено значні переваги використання двоетапної тактики лікування.
