INFLUENCE OF IRRATIONAL NUTRITION ON THE CONTENTS OF PRODUCTS OF PEROXIDE OXIDATION OF LIPIDS AND ANTIOXIDANT ACTIVITY IN BLOOD AND RAT GINGIVAL TISSUE

The article is devoted to results of research of the contents of lipids peroxide oxidation products and antioxidant activity in blood and rats’ gingival tissue in dependence on a nutritional type. The ration of the modern inhabitant of the Kharkov region was simulated on the investigated group of the rats for this purpose. The outcomes have shown a considerable reducing of antioxidant non-enzymatic protection and increasing of the contents of lipids peroxide oxidation products both in blood, and in gingival tissue, that is the cause of parodontal diseases development.
