The article is devoted to results of research of the contents of lipids peroxide oxidation products and antioxidant activity in blood and rats’ gingival tissue in dependence on a nutritional type. The ration of the modern inhabitant of the Kharkov region was simulated on the investigated group of the rats for this purpose. The outcomes have shown a considerable reducing of antioxidant non-enzymatic protection and increasing of the contents of lipids peroxide oxidation products both in blood, and in gingival tissue, that is the cause of parodontal diseases development.
