THE ROLE OF THYROID HORMONS AND THYMUS FACTORS IN REGULATION OF FUNCTIONAL INTAGRATION IMMUNITY SYSTEM AND HEMOSTASIS IN PATIENTS WITH PURULENT DESTRUCTION FORMS OF CHRONIC NONSPECIFIC PULMONARY DISEASE

There has been studied influence of thyroxine on lymphocytes expression receptors to thrombin and activator of thrombin in patients with purulent destruction forms of chronic nonspecific pulmonary disease and triiodthyronin low syndrome in experiment in vitro. It was established that these patients had disbalance of functional integration of immune and fibrinolytic systems with infringement fibrinolytic and procoagulant activity of lymphocytes. It was discovered in experiment in vitro that thyroxine in patients with purulent destruction forms of chronic nonspecific pulmonary disease and triiodthyronin low syndrome was modulator of lymphocytes functional activity.
