Results of treatment of 162 patients with traumatic injury of the abdominal parenchymatous organs were analyzed. Diagnostic and surgical programs depended on the patient’s hemodynamic condition. diagnostic studies of patients with unstable hemodynamic condition were carried out in operating room simultaneously with antishock therapy. Damage control was used in 7 patients with hypovolemic shock. A choice of operation method depended on a kind of injury, multiple injuries and the patient’s condition. Monitoring by US, CT and laparoscopies in insignificant injuries allows to apply conservative treatment.
