The article is devoted to changes in the organism and tissues of the rat gingiva at long-lived effect of the nutritional factor by the way of unbalanced nutrition. It is revealed, that the six-month effect of the given factor promotes increasing of the contents of POL products in rat gingiva tissue and blood, and decreasing of antioxidative activity of blood.
