Personnel and intellectual security at the modern enterprise

Abstract

Security for the enterprise is the key to its productive activity and prosperity. This state contributes to the fact that all employees direct their efforts to achieve new results. However, any business can be exposed to various dangers, such as: leakage of confidential information; financial loss or bankruptcy; risk of losing valuable employees; risk of misappropriation of cash or valuable objects; danger to the health and life of personnel. So we are seeing there’s a need for ensuring personnel security at the enterprise as a part of the whole economic security, main aim of which is provision of sustainable and efficient functioning of the enterprise at the present time and ensuring a high potential for development and growth of the enterprise in the future.
