dc.description.abstract | The main and very important part of any production is people. Properly trained and highly qualified personnel are able to do the assigned work on time well and with less errors, because of which the enterprise bears less losses. The key problem is to train the personnel quickly and efficiently, but due to the high turnover of personnel, training often leads to high costs: financial on the part of the enterprise and effort on the part of experienced workers, while they could fulfill their immediate duties. It is artificial intelligence (AI) that can really solve this problem. The robotization of all spheres of human activity is increasing every year and human resource management is no exception. Management systems in organizations, like HR , feel the impact of emerging digital innovations, such as artificial intelligence or business intelligence. | en |
