ДИФЕРЕНЦІЙНА ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА ЗАСОБІВ ПРОФІЛАКТИКИ ПЕРВИННОЇ ПЛАЦЕНТАРНОЇ ДИСФУНКЦІЇ У ЖІНОК НА ТЛІ ЗАПАЛЬНИХ ЗАХВОРЮВАНЬ ЖІНОЧИХ СТАТЕВИХ ОРГАНІВ

У статті досліджено ефективність профілактики первинної плацентарної дисфункції у жінок на тлі запальних захворювань жіночих статевих органів наприкінці ІІІ триместру гестації та у післяпологовому періоді. Для оцінки ефективності проведеної профілактики плацентарної дисфункції (ПД) основна група жінок була поділена на 2 підгрупи: 1 підгрупа – ІА жінки, які отримували профілактику ПД та специфічне лікування запальних захворювань жіночих статевих органів у першому триместрі вагітності; 2 підгрупа – ІБ жінки, які отримували профілактику ПД та специфічне лікування запальних захворювань жіночих статевих органів у другому триместрі вагітності. Своєчасне виявлення запальних захворювань, лікування та профілактика первинної плацентарної дисфункції значно зменшить прояви гестаційних ускладнень та порушення внутрішньоутробного стану плода у вагітних.
