ЕЛЕКТРОННИЙ РЕЦЕПТ ЯК ІНСТРУМЕНТ СИСТЕМИ ФАРМАЦЕВТИЧНОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ НАСЕЛЕННЯ В УКРАЇНІ ТА СВІТІ

Значна частина країн світу запровадила системи відпуску лікарських засобів за е-рецептами. Такий проєкт стартував і в Україні. Він характеризується такими ж перевагами, як і в інших країнах, де діють подібні системи: це і автоматизація процесів обліку та зберігання інформації, значне покращення аналітичних можливостей, скорочення кількості помилок під час виписування е-рецептів, можливість дистанційного виписування рецептів. Наявні також суттєві відмінності, пов’язані з відсутністю обов’язкового медичного страхування та технічними особливостями функціонування медичних інформаційних систем, доступу пацієнта до інформації про виписані йому лікарські засоби, відсутністю практики ідентифікації пацієнта під час відпуску лікарського засобу.
