65 pregnant women with mild and moderate activity of chronic hepatitis C (CHC) and 32 healthy pregnant women were observed. Decreased level of glutathione antiperoxidant system’s activity that depends on disease’s activity is established. It was shown that state of glutathione system correlates with intensity of interferonogenesis.
