TISSUE BIOAVAILABILITY OF ANTIEPILEPTIC COMPOUND AGB-31 IN THE BRAIN OF RATS AFTER ITS ORAL ADMINISTRATION

Pharmacokinetic data of the results obtained during the registration of the kinetic processes of the new antiepileptic compound AGB-31 in blood and brain are compared. AGB-31 has a relatively high permeability and bioavailability in the blood and less — in brain tissue. Permeability and distribution in the brain of rats, a gradual increase of the concentration with the first peak concentration at the 60th minute and the second one, increased, — 6 hours after oral administration. The maximum concentration of test compound remained in the blood during the first 6 h, and during the brain — during the first 2 hours after oral administration.
