Dental check-ups have been conducted in 2047 young people in different geographical regions ofUkraine. It was established a great prevalence of occurrence of dentition and teeth crown defects which need prosthodontic treatment. It was determined that dental prosthetic depends on their age group and geographic region of residence. The structure of the need in types of dentures was presented. It was indicated that some organizational measures should be taken to improve the prosthodontic care of such patients.
