INFLUENCE OF THE NEW XYLARATE GERMANIUM COMPLEXES (IV) TO STEREOTYPE BEHAVIOUR SYNDROME MANIFESTATION

The purpose of our work was an estimation of antipsychotic activity of xygerm-1, xygеrm-2 and xygerm-3 new complexes under the conditions of stereotype behaviour amphetamine model created by generators of pathological excitation (GPE) forming in brain rostral area of both caudal nuclei in rats. It is discovered the bis(µ-xylarato)dihydrogermanate (IV) lithium (xygerm-1) diminishes the rate and intensity of stereotype behaviour under these conditions and has pronounced deprime action (as compared to drug-references, such as lithium chloride and haloperidol), the effect of which depends on the dose.
