STAFF TRAINING AS ONE OF THE STRATEGIC DIRECTIONS FOR INCREASING THE COMPETITIVENESS OF SPECIALISTS OF PHARMACEUTICAL ENTERPRISES

Introduction. The continuous development of the pharmaceutical labor market leads to an increase in the level of competition, which in turn causes the need to create new jobs and change the strategy of the enterprise itself. Constant rapid changes in both internal and external factors of the functioning of pharmaceutical organizations lead to the fact that a personnel training is one of the key elements in personnel policy.

Purpose and task: by means of a questionnaire, conduct an expert assessment of the attitude of the staff of pharmacy institutions to continuous training in the system of continuous professional development and analyze one of the main directions of increasing the competitiveness of pharmaceutical enterprises – personnel training, determine the most effective forms of continuous training.

Research materials and methods. The research material was the data of an anonymous questionnaire survey of 147 specialists of a regional pharmacy enterprise. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed using statistical methods, comparison and generalization.

Results: during the research in the regional pharmacy network, regarding the opinion of the staff and their attitude to continuous training in the system of continuous professional development, 147 questionnaires of respondents were processed. It was established that more than 55% of respondents claim that their professional level is not high enough and that they need constant training, while noting that professional development, in turn, will have a positive effect on labor productivity, on the quality of service to network clients, that the attitude of most employees towards their company will change and a creative approach to work will appear.

Conclusions: pharmaceutical workers have a positive attitude to continuous training as a factor that will contribute to increasing productivity and efficiency of work and improving the quality of pharmaceutical service to the population.
