COMPERATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE FORCE OF COMPLETE REMOVABLE DENTURE FIXATION, WHICH WERE MADE BY FUNCTIONAL IMPRESSIONS WITH DIFFERENT GRADE OF MUCOUSE MEMBRANE COMPRESSION

Functional compression of mucous membrane while taking the impression of edentulous upper jaw cause enforcing of total laminar dental prosthesis fixation in patients with II–III type of alveolar process atrophy comparing with the prosthesis made by decompression impressions. In case of thin mucous membrane with decreased elasticity weak fixation presents in both types of functional impressions, that causes the necessity of additional measures for better fixation.
