HEREDITARY PREDISPOSITION IS A PROGNOSTIC FACTOR OF CLINICAL COURSE AND RISK OF UNFAVORABLE SERIOUS CONSEQENCES OF CEREBROVASCULAR PATHOLOGY DEVELOPMENT

In the article there is shown the clinical genealogical approach to the problem of cerebrovascular pathology that gives a possibility to arrange the systemic control to do the effective preventive work which is directed to minimize the factors of susceptibility and arising of a stroke.

The aim of this work is the studying of the status of probands, their parents and children suffering from discircular atherosclerotic and hypertensive encephalopathy who have or have not had a stroke in anamnesis, performing of comparative characteristics of the state of probands and sibs, examined with the help of clinical genealogical, biochemical and electrophysiological methods.
