There were examened 28 practically healthy girls (14 nonmenstruating and 14 menstruating) and 40 girls with infringements of menstrual cycle. Results of studying of the role of some parts of humoral system in occurrence of structural changes and focus defeats of mammary glands are submitted. It is shown, that diagnostic opportunities of ultrasonic research and determination of honadotropic, thyroid and steroid hormones in peripheral blood enables to reveal the latent pathology of thyroid and mammary glands in 18.1 % that allows to recommend the given methods at carrying out of routine inspections.
