The analysis of influence of the preparations oppressing secretion of pancreas, on change of amilasum in blood and urine in dynamics in 128 operated and 263 non-operated patients with acute pancreatitis. It is established, that application of oppressing pancreas secretion inhibitors (sandostatin, fluorouracil) is highly effective and is accompanied authentically by faster normalization of amilasum activity in blood and urine in comparison with patients receiving only contrykal. It is established, that the optimum regimen is the combined application of sandostatin and fluorouracil.
