FEATURES OF COURSE AND OUTCOME OF PREGNANCY AND DELIVERY IN WOMEN AT AN AGGRAVATION OF LATENT FORMS OF ASSOCIATED GENITAL HERPES AND CYTOMEGALOVIRUS INFECTIONS

Pregnant women with the mixed forms of latent course of cytomegolavirus and herpes infections make a group of high risk on obstetrical and perinatal complications development. For confirmation of activity of the infectious process revealed by a serological method, definition of DNK of virus genome by a method of DNK-sounding or polymerase diagnostics is necessary. At detection of the active form of herpes and cytomegalovirus infections alongside with antivirus and immunocorrection therapy, correction of fetoplacental insufficiency is necessary.
