INFLUENCE OF THYROXINE ON FIBRINOLYTIC ACTIVITY OF LEUKOCYTES IN PATIENTS WITH PURULENT DESTRUCTION FORMS OF CHRONIC NONSPECIFIC PULMONARY DISEASE AND LOW TRIIODTHYRONIN SYNDROME

There has been studied influence of thyroxine on fibrinolytic activity of leukocytes in patients with purulent destruction forms of chronic nonspecific pulmonary disease and triiodthyronin low syndrome in experiment in vitro. It was established that these patients had disbalance of immune and fibrinolytic systems functional integration with lowering fibrinolytic activity of leukocytes. It was discovered that thyroxine is thymus-intermediate modulator of leukocytes fibrinolytic activity.
