LAPAROSCOPIC OPERATIONS IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE SURGICAL DISEASES OF ABDOMEN

1502 laparoscopic operations were performed on acute surgical diseases of abdomen in 1213 patients (780 cholecystectomy, 61 appendectomy, 70 adhesiolysis, 170 cholecystostomy, 192 catheterization of round liver ligament, 229 peritoneal cavity drainage. Conversions performed in 26 patients with acute cholecystitis. 2 patients died after a laparoscopic cholecystectomy. 229 patients with acute pancreatitis were operated by a laparoscopic method. Laparoscopic adhesiolysis were performed without complications in 23 patients with acute adhesive ileus and 47 — with the compensated intestinal ileus. Laparoscopic appendectomy was performed in 61 patients.
