Genetic-mathematical analysis of probands’ pedigrees afflicted with endometrial cancer has been conducted, that gave a possibility to find genetic peculiarities which cause the development of malignant tumours of this localization.
Recurrent risk of malignant tumour development in the successors has been defined. The results of the investigation are the basis for planning preventive methods of cancer in probands’ families.
