TRASICOR INFLUENCE ON THE HEART RATE AND CARDIOINTERVALOGRAPHIA INDICES OF NONCASTRATED AND CASTRATED RATS

Injection of the trasicor causes more continuous bradicardia in the males, but more lasting cholinergic influences on female myocardium. Castration of the males increases bradicardial effect of the trasicor and conduces reinforce of the cholinergic myocardium control. Castration of the females conduces the increase of the lasting trasicor effect, but it doesn’t change cholinergic control of the heart activity.
