ESTIMATION OF FETAL BIOPHYSICAL PROFILE IN PREGNANT WOMEN WITH NARCOTIC DEPENDENCE

The fetal biophysical profile for the fetal intrauterine condition investigation was studied in 155 pregnant women with narcotic dependence and 30 women with physiological pregnancy. It was established that in women with narcotic dependence the high rate of fetoplacental insufficiency and the disorders of cardiovascular system reactivity is occuring along with the decrease and, rarely, the exhaustion of fetal regulatory and defence mechanisms.
