HEMODYNAMICS AT DIFFERENT STAGES OF LAPAROSCOPIC CHOLECYSTECTOMY

Central hemodynamic parameters were studied by tetrapolar rheography in 87 patients aged 30–67 years during laparoscopic cholecystectomies. The operations were performed under general anaesthesia with use of sibasone, kalipsol, phentanyl, diprivane. The greatest changes of hemodynamics were observed during СО2 insufflаtion in the abdominal cavity, particularly in the patients with decreased cardiovascular reserve potential. Cardiovascular disease is not contraindication for laparoscopic intervention under conditions of hemodynamic monitoring.
