STATE OF THIOL-DISULPHID SYSTEM IN PATIENTS SUFFERED FROM PROFESSIONAL DERMATITIS UNDER DIFFERENT CONDITIONS OF TREATMENT

75 patients were under investigation who were engaged at sea-transport, had contacts with paints and suffered from professional allergic dermatitis. Before the treatment starting the marked shift from prevalence of SH-groups towards the prevalence of SS-groups was noted both in protein- and non-protein fractions of blood. The treatment with pentoxyphillin (0,1–0,2 g i.v. daily during 7 days) caused the pronounced restoration of investigated indices. This effect was more pronounced when compared with the effects of traditional treatment.
