INTERMITTENT COLD BLOOD CARDIOPLEGIA IN SURGICAL CORRECTION OF CONGENITAL HEART DISEASES WITH ARTIFICIAL BLOOD CIRCULATION

We had performed an analysis of use of intermittent cold blood cardioplegia in surgical correction of congenital heart diseases with artificial blood circulation. High cardioprotective effectiveness of this method was confirmed, based on research of growth of cardiospecific ferments (MB-CPC), analysis of electrocardiographic changes and complications in early postoperative period.
