THE KINETICS OF 14С-CYNAZEPAM EXCRETION FROM THE ORGANISM OF MICE AT VARIOUS SCHEMES OF ITS ADMINISTRATION

14С-cynazepam excretion processes from the organism of mice after a single administration of 2-14С-cynazepam and against a background of multiple administration of a non-radioactive analog has been carried out. Results of research have shown, that the drug and its metabolites are practically completely eliminated from the organism of experimental animals. The new variant of Manghelsdorf’s method has been developed, allowing to carry out an estimation of kinetic parameters of drugs elimination from the organism while their multiple administrating; the comparative analysis of kinetics of 14С-cynazepam elimination from the mouse organism is carried out. Drug accumulation absence for single and multiple administrations as well as enzyme systems induction (repression), providing drug metabolism in the mouse organism was shown.
