PACULIARITIES OF PATHOGENESIS OF TUBULO-INTERSTITIAL SYNDROME IN RENAL PAPILLAE AND WOBE MUGOS E USAGE FOR ITS CORRECTION

Functional, biochemical and hystological paculiarities of tubulo-interstitial syndrome formation in kidney papillae were determined experimentally in 32 non-line male rats on the model of sublimate nephropathy. The development of secondary destruction in fibrosis transformated interstitial cells of the ІІnd type in this part of kidneys was revealed. It’s explained by the fact that they reach the critical line of Heiflick. Wobe Mugos E exhibits a protective influence on the state of tissue fibrinolysis and unlimited proteolysis in kidney papillae on the background of tubulo-interstitial syndrome formation.
