MEXIDOL AND THIAZOLILAMIDETAN PROTECTIVE EFFECTS AT THE ACUTE HYPOXIA

It is shown, that mexidol and thiazolilamidetan raise a resistance of rats to the acute hypobaric hypoxia. The intraperitoneal introduction of drugs in effective doses before hypoxia in rats hinders development of deep violations of energy exchange and breaks activation of peroxidic oxidation of lipids in the heart of rats.
