CLINICO-NEUROLOGIC HEALTH STATE OF WORKERS OF VIBRO-HAZARDOUS PROFESSION OF MINING COMPANY

322 shaftmen in work environment and 53 persons of the reference group underwent clinico-neurologic study with the aim to discover possible unfavorable effect of local vibration on workers’ organisms. The obtained study results show that workers of the vibro-hazardous profession experience considerably more manifested pathological changes in their organism depending on the length of their professional work, as compared with the persons of the reference group, and on the age of the shaftmen. The study has found universal clinico-neurologic impairments typical for workers of vibro-hazardous professions (vibration disease, locomotor apparatus diseases, etc.).
