In the work on an example of sanogenetic multifunctional research of cardiovascular and respiratory systems with the help of spiroarteriocardiorythmographia, as well as researches of a humoral and tissue homeostasis with the help of a laser correlation spectroscopy at a stage of a medical rheabilitation of 318 patients with a pathology of vascular system there are determined features of the given system pathology course on a level of a clinical burdeness.
By results of research it is fixed, that the level of a clinical burdeness of a vascular pathology does not determine the general functional strain of an organism, which considerable enough at all levels and is determined by sanogenetic features of individuals.
