The were inspected three groupі of pregnants: with the normal pragnancy (n=16), with the fetoplacental insuficiency (FPI) (n=52), caused by the menace of abortion and women with FPI smoking more than one pack of cigarettes before pregnancy (n=47), that was the cause of the abortion menace. It was established, that pregnancy course becomes complicated in smoking pregnants, they have higher percent of operative delivery of pregnancy.
