FEATURES OF CLINICAL COURSE OF A CHRONIC CYSTITIS IN WOMEN IN A POSTMENOPAUSE

Features of clinical course of a chronic cystitis in women in a postmenopause (n = 93) are investigated. The most often signs of a chronic cystourethritis are: frequent emiction, the night emictions breaking a regimen of sleep, imperative emiction desires, enuresis, consensual night emictions, sense of incomplete bladder empting, difficulty of urination. The obtained data testify to prevailing over in atrophic cystitis in a postmenopause of the local etiological and pathogenetic factors contributing weakening of a resistance of a bladder mucosa to bacterial flora, introduced on a background of such favourable factors for inflammation development, as postmenopausal atrophy of a mucosa and disturbance of the lower urinary tract urodynamics.
