THE INFLUENCE OF CANDESAR ON CARDIOHEMODYNAMIC AND HEART RATE VARIABILITY IN THE GERIATRIC PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC HEART FAILURE

The influence of candesar for heart rate variability and cardiohemodynamic in geriatric patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) was studied. 83 men with CHF III–IV functional classis (FC) (NYHA) due to ischemic heart disease and arterial hypertension are examined. In the patients with systolic disfunction after treatment was observed decreasing of the tone of the sympatic part of the vegetative nervous system and tendency to increasing the contraction fraction of the left ventricle. In the patients with diastolic disfunction after treatment a decreasing of the tone of the sympatic part of the vegetative nervous system was observed.
