CHANGES OF INTENSITY OF HEMILUMINESCENCIA AND THE ACTIVITY OF ANTIOXIDANT BLOOD ENZYMES OF RATS IN NONRATIONAL FACTUAL NUTRITION

The article is devoted to problem of influence of nonrational nutrition on processes of free-radical oxidation and condition of antioxidant protection of the rat erythrocytes. The authentic increasing of intensity of processes of free-radical oxidation and decrease of glutathionperoxide and catalase activity in erythrocytes of rat blood were determined as a result of simulation of factual diet of the inhabitant of the large industrial region on ration of experimental animals.
