The therapeutic effect of antioxidant tiotriazoline in the complex treatment of autoimmune tireodite was established.
The investigation was carried on 20 autoimmune tireodite patients. It was determined that the using of this medication leads to the decrease of thyroid gland size, the disappearing of clinical manifestations due to activity’s bearing of peroxide oxygenation of lipids the increase of antioxidant protection system’s activity. The effect is kept during a year.
