The authors studied the possibility of carrying out of autoblood reinfusion in patients with combined abdominal trauma. Microbiologic investigations of blood, taken from abdominal cavity during the operation and complex of laboratory researches was carried out in 21 patients. There were compared the results of microbiologic blood analysis from abdominal cavity in the patients with injuries of parenchymatous organs and small bowel of І–ІІ degree (by ISS classification), which showed not essential difference of bacterial contamination. The carried out blood reinfusion assisted to rapid improvement of the patients, and permitted to avoid allogenic blood transfusion.
