RECONSTRUCTIVE AND RESTORATIVE OPERATIONS AFTER IATROGENIC INJURY OF THE LARGE INTESTINE

The purpose of the study is to determine the operative tactics in iatrogenic injuries. The experience of treatment of 911 patients with stomata was reviewed. The operative tactics should be differentiated. Restorative operations following the development of pyoseptic complications and multiple operative interventions should be carried out only after stabilization of the patient’s state and performed viscerolisis as well as a thorough revision of nonfunctioning devisions.
