STABILIZATION OF PELVIS — PROMISING METHOD OF SHOT STOP INWARD BLEEDING IN PATIENTS WITH ASSOCIATED TRAUMA AND FRACTURES OF PELVIS

There was conducted an analysis of treatment of 70 injured with associated trauma and vertical unstable fractures of pelvis. In a shock period all injured were placed the apparatus of extrafixation or forcepts. In 41 patients osteosynthesis of apparatus of extrafixation was a final method of treatment. In 29 — change of extraosteosynthesis to intraosteosynthesis in 5–7 days after trauma was made: in 13 — fixation of a ventral part, in 16 — ventral and dorsal parts.

Authors consider, that in patients with vertical unstable injuries of pelvis in associated trauma it is necessary to make the initial extra- and secondary intraosteosynthesis in 5–7 days after trauma.
