THE INFLUENCE OF THE SPECIAL BREATHERS AND THE STATICALLY INVERTED POSTURES ON THE FUNCTIONAL STATE OF THE CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM AND THE RESPIRATORY SYSTEM AMONG THE CHILDREN AGED 5–6

In the present article the influence of the yoga breathers and the statically inverted postures on the functional state of the cardiovascular system and the respiratory system among the children of preschool age is analyzed. The significant alteration of the major part of functional station of the mentioned systems is revealed. The physiological mechanisms of the functional state’s alteration are indicated. Improvement of the adaptation for the physical activity, the significant improvement of the rehabilitation process and the high capacity of the children’s organism to be in hypoxemic and hypercapnic states under the influence of the yoga exercises are shown.
