DIAGNOSIS OF LEVEL AND DEGREE OF MICROCIRCULATING HOMEOSTASIS DISTURBANCE IN THE LOWER EXTREMITIES AT OBLITERATING ENDARTERITIS

The level and degree of microcirculating homeostasis infringement of vascular pool of the lower extremities were studied in 79 miners with professionally caused endarteritis. Disturbances depend on quantity of obstacles in a way of a blood flow, mainly in major tibial arteries, on increasing of regional arterial pressure above obstacles with involvement of blood redistribution phenomenon.

All this results in walls and vessels lumen remodulation, i. e. to a wall thickening, narrowing of lumen of arteries and arterioles, to persistent disturbance and accumulation of a blood flow in microcirculating channel. Disturbances are diagnosed with the help of dermatographics.
