According to our scientific work data a uterine scar is an essential factor of fetoplacental insufficiency development. Especially it is expressed in case when there were pyoinflammatory complications and uterus contractile abilities disturbances after the first operation. The medical preventive measures which are used at present in high risk of fetoplacental insufficiency development in women with a uterine scar are uneffective. All that requires the necessity of improvement of medical preventive measures.
